Payment: At Lilyon Shop, we accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, and PayPal. Payments will be processed immediately upon order placement. Prices are displayed in the local currency for shipments to [List of countries]. All orders are inclusive of VAT. Import fees may apply to UK orders exceeding 115 GBP. Your order will be trackable using the provided Track & Trace number sent via email upon dispatch. In the event of damaged goods upon delivery, please notify our Customer Service team immediately.

Right of Withdrawal: As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract with Lilyon Shop within 14 days of receiving the product(s), without providing a reason. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our Customer Service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the product(s) must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification, using the original payment method.

Disputes: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of U.S.A. Any disputes arising from purchases made through Lilyon Shop will be subject to resolution under the jurisdiction of U.S.A.

Mandatory Consumer Protection Rights: These Terms and Conditions do not supersede any mandatory consumer rights afforded by the laws of your country of purchase.
