LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Lilyon Shop assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages resulting from inaccuracies in the shipping address provided during checkout. It's essential to ensure the accuracy of your billing and shipping information before finalizing your order. In the event of an error on our part, we will rectify the situation promptly and at no additional cost to you.

CUSTOMS

Please be advised that Lilyon Shop is not accountable for any customs fees incurred once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that your order may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.

SHIPPING TIME

The shipping duration varies depending on the destination. Here are our estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 7-14 business days
  • Canada, Europe: 8-15 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 8-15 business days
  • Central & South America: 10-20 business days
  • Asia (excluding Vietnam and Hong Kong): 15-35 business days
  • Middle East & Africa: 15-35 business days

Please note that the maximum delivery time is 50 business days. Additionally, there is a processing time of 2-5 days for all orders. Please be aware that these estimates exclude any delays due to customs clearance.

For shipments to India, the shipping time is extended to 30-60 days due to restrictions and limited carrier options. If ePacket is utilized due to a lack of alternative carriers, the estimated delivery time is 20-50 days. Liquid and electronic products may require an additional 5-10 days for delivery.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. However, please note that tracking information may not always be available for orders shipped via our free shipping option.

Some shipping companies may take 2-5 business days to update tracking information in their system. If your tracking number shows no information after this period, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Due to logistical considerations, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was requested.
